Wrong billing address

The guy always delivers in the wrong address... On the app I use to order... I always update my billing address and i put my workplace address the last time I asked the guys why do they deliver in the wrong address he said he doesn't work for the company he's only responsible for deliveries I should not ask him about the address, today they came to deliver they couldn't find me on the phone so sent an sms I called right away to see if my delivery was made in the right address... He told me they've been trying to call me and I didn't pick so they left, I asked when are they gonna deliver now he just said he doesn't know with no interest whatsoever to my surprise they delivered in the wrong address again what if my parcels get lost and that'll be my loss... I don't know if the guys doesn't that because he knows my name and he's been delivering for me for a while now... To a point when he sees my name at the back of his mind he knows where to deliver without even checking the address slip... The guys attitude is very unpleasant I have to say... And I hope he be descipline cause wow.
