WRONG ADDRESS

I specifically stated in an email that TCG has the wrong address and that the driver should be contacted to deliver the package to my correct shipping address.

Paid over R100 for shipping, for it to be delivered to the wrong address. Only to be contacted an hour later to tell me they already delivered the package and could go get it, but why should I go through the trouble of contacting TCG when I paid for a service?
