Wrong address and no company policy followed

Literally delivered to the wrong address and had someone else sign on the package. I physically do not understand how you can deliver an expensive package and have someone else as the recipient sign it. Don't ever try to call, they will just put you through to the operations manager who can literally only tell you he wasn't the driver so it is not his fault while typing on his computer.
