Wreckless handling of packages

I have been using The Courier Guy for 6 years, and in the 6 years of using the company I have suffered damages maybe once every 6 months (maybe) which I find completely acceptable. I also understand that I ship my fragrances at my own risk, hence me taking extra precautions to properly secure the goods.

I’ve been using the PUDO service for the last month and have suffered damages on every single package (roughly 15 packages) I’ve not changed the way I package at all. Clearly the problem is in the way their staff handle the PUDO packages and it’s not the way I package. This particular parcel was packaged in a Take a lot box which is double walled! Secondly, it takes forever for them to collect from Locker. They often get addresses wrong.

I will no longer be making use of your PUDO system.
