Would rate negative 5 stars if i could

Its a pity a negative star rating is not available. Been waiting more than a week for the delivery of a package. 2 days ago, a courier with the package drove past without delivering my package. when contacted to ask why? the response was that it was not that delivery persons area. so the package has to go back to the main dispatch to be delivered by another person. This was, as mentioned, 2 days ago. Still waiting
