Worst than South African Post Office!!!!!

Pathetic service. Went 3 times to the locker. They dont know where the package is. The person at Equestria branch says he can't help I must phone Head Office. Head office lady by the name of Lisa, my 3rd call to Head Office, says she cannot help and she will email operations to get back to me. Nothing happend. I called again. The Pudo support manager says a operations officer will call me back. Nothing happend. I called again and a Keegan says that we will have to wait until a driver can go to the lockers. The lockers are empty.
