Worst, slowest service and incompetence

The worst service ever,i have 2 parcels 1 is a cellphone that was collected 3 weeks ago that is supposed to go for repairs in JhB. Tried tracking it and guess what? Still in their jhb centre worse part is i am seating here thinking it is taking long to repair only to find out it hasn’t even reached the repair centre. 2nd parcel is hair sent that i have not received yet,the call centre says it is forwarded to the Rustenburg facility from the 31st.....
