worst service with no actual response besides "our system is automated"

I booked a collection for 1x package, they picked up 10x packages instead and expect me to pay for shipping all of them. The package cost R600 and now the shipping costs R3850. They should have cancelled the shipment as I did not approve the costs but instead are making it problem because their system is all automated. The drivers just collect whatever is given to them and they ship it off without even checking! If they told me costs upfront I would never had booked it
