WORST SERVICE TO DATE

I wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 will have to do. It is by far the worst service i have ever received. Not only do we always book our parcels overnight (overnight means delivered by the next day) and theres always 1 or 2 parcels that arrive 2 or 3 days later. I have experienced a driver telling the kiosk that the supplier told him the parcel wasn't ready for pick up when the supplier could prove to us that the driver didnt even show up that day. Today we went to fetch our parcels, where 2 of the 3 parcels arrived and the 3rd parcel has been booked, they didnt pick it up the first time, so yesterday they picked it up and left it at the Joburg kiosk ( IT WAS BOOKED OVERNIGHT). The lady at the counter couldn't even give a reason as to why it didn't arrive in Welkom. Now tell me how should people do business with your company if you dont even know the definition of overnight
