Worst service possible

Disgusting - Most of my packets inside the boxes were tampered with and they help themselves to the content - they did not eat one packet BUT half of all most 6 packets. Worst service possible. We clearly put an instruction on the Waybill when to deliver since we will only be available after a certain time. That was ignored - they keep on calling us to open the gate after we explained the first time that there is nobody available to receive the parcels
