Worst service once again from “The courier guy”

I’ve never received such poor service in my life. This is the second time I’ve used “The courier guy,” and something has gone wrong again.

I was supposed to receive a parcel on Thursday, August 14th. When I arrived, the parcel locker was empty, so I couldn’t get my package.

I’ve been calling the call center and sent numerous emails and WhatsApp text since Thursday but I still haven’t received any feedback. Every time I call to follow up, they say they will contact the locker operations team but it seems like nobody is actually following up properly. It’s now Monday, and I still haven’t heard back about what happened to my parcel or received any feedback/resolution.
