Worst service on earth

Ordered a father's day gift 15 days later not delivered, the courier guy called me an and said the area it's out of his scope, we had an argument cos it's been 15 days same guy with the parcel , got an email that says high risk area, mind u the delivery adress it's a school. Then I reported the mater to the company I bought the stuff from , then I get a private call asking if I have insurance on the parcel cos anything is impossible, I must regard this as a lost parcel.... Mind u the parcel is not delivered till today .. order placed 29 May -15 June no parcel... Now I'm trying to find a refund from the company I ordered from. Even the track number is useless...
