Worst Service, No Accountabilty.

I was informed that the vehicle transporting my parcel was hijacked, that was in July 2020. I sent through my claim form, they keep saying they are investigating. it is now 16/09/2020 still no feedback. When you call they keep you on the line forever. no sense of urgency and no accountability.
