Worst service in two consecutive times

It honestly frustrating that one tries so hard to make provisions that the dimensions and weight are more closely to what they should be but clearly a single mistake, The Courier Guys are quick to charge you triple of what you should be paying. They don't even look at the fact that even if it was those dimensions they mention, you would still have paid the same amount. I mean really now???? I for heaven sake don't have a big business that has a scale, my whole business is running online. I book the delivery and it's collected but there's always delays on it being delivered no matter that you choose the next day delivery for it yet they are quick to penalize you. Such pathetic service!!!
