Worst service in the world!

I paid for an urgent (overnight) delivery of medication on Friday, only to be told by their service rep (16.55) that delivery would be on Monday. Today is Saturday. I have been tracking the parcel since this morning. My emails to them indicated that the problem would be resolved. They obviously don't know what a heath emergency is. I will never use them again.
