Worst service in the business

I ordered overnight delivery for a package that was time sensitive on Sunday Morning. This package was set to be collected on Monday, after which it was cancelled twice without notifying me. Come the afternoon around 4 I call the office and they proceed to hang up and block me after 4 calls. Then I go to an office to deliver my package to make sure it makes it into the system. Thereafter I have no update on Tuesday for dekivery, only saying that it is in the hub. Come Wednesday, my package is finally out for delivery but no one can get the driver to answer their phone. The forms in the package has to be in by this afternoon. This has been the worst service I have had by any courier company. I would ask for my money back since the service is actually economic delivery and not overnight, but I would get nowhere with these useless company.
