For RURAL SA, this is an absolutely vital service. BUT, as the dozens of negative reviews below attest, this outfit is so opposed to responsible CUSTOMER SERVICE it almost forfeits any right to exist. 1. An app that cannot function on any cellphones except the very latest high-end models. 2. On average a query takes between 110 minutes & four days to resolve - if it is even resolved! 3. Twee & pretty website that is unprofessional, counterintuitive, confusing, costly (if you can't understand it) & unhelpful. Coupled with the dysfunctional app, this indicates major IT & programming shortcomings. 4. Zero phone contact allowed & AI bot is utterly useless. 5. Bizarre & seldom-used date format (mm/did/yyyy) creates only confusion meaning missed deadlines & multiple payments necessary. 6. Zero follow up with the frequently failed shipments whereby no responsibility or accountability is taken by Pudo or The Courier Guy who shunt all that onto the shoulders of paying customers. 7. Outlying & rural destinations are not on computer systems making it virtually impossible to find these using conventional search functions. 8. No top management supervision exists meaning drivers & delivery staff act with impunity, laws unto themselves. 9. Secret caveats end up costing users heavily.

SA desperately needs a rival to Pudo/The Courier Guy to provide ill-served clients with a better option.
