WORST SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY

They delivered 1of my 4 parcels on Tuesday. I refused to sign as the way bill say 4boxes and I only got 1! I emailed catbox. The courier guy has always been delivering to myself and sister. So its not.like they do not know our address. Phoning Courier Guy is a nightmare. At 12h00 I was told to phone back after 14:00, as they are busy with shift swap! Since Tuesday, I and Cat Box has been promised delivery from Wednesday! It is Friday night. No parcel. No cat food. No cat litter and only empty promises! Very disappointed.
