Worst service from The Courier Guy and Click Furniture

The worst experience ever… I think I’ve been ****med I bought a TV stand & coffee table from Click Furniture and received a link to track the goods through The Courier Guy. I called yesterday and was told the goods were collected in the morning and will be delivered today. I followed up today and was told the same thing and when I started asking questions the lady dropped the phone. I called back 5 times and she kept on dropping the phone

It’s either I’m being ****med or both Click Furniture and the Courier Guy don’t care about customers once payment is received

I will never, ever in my life buy from Click Furniture unless they stop delivering through a company that has zero customer service
