Worst service from The Courier Guy

The worst service ever! Our company situated in Mossel Bay, arranged for a parcel to be picked up from Jhb with "overnight" courier service. Needles to say it's almost a week later and we haven't received the "parcel" yet. We called them daily to do a follow up and all we get is promises - "we will follow up and phone you back" - they also don't phone us! It seems like the "parcel" is lost in transit? Well apparently nobody knows! We are still waiting for an answer or solution to our problem! For us it's a matter of urgency!
