WORST SERVICE FROM JORDAN-G IN JHB BRANCH

I received the worst service ever from a guy called jordan-g in Jhb branch! It's been 5 days waiting for my parcel from Jhb to Vryheid, i believe he didn't book it in for collection because i complained about them picking up one parcel instead of 2 parcels, he even try to defend his driver although he wasn't at the place of collection! I'm not sure how long i'm still gonna wait for may parcel!
