Worst Service from East London Eastern Cape Branch

I have stock which came from JHB and was booked in at the East London Depot on 4 July....It is now 10 July and I still havent received my package!!!!! My supplier uses Courier Guy's service and I have to pay them a set fee of R180 per order to get my supplies within a day or 2. This is not the first time Ive had issues. 7 occasions before I had to go fetch my packages at the depot myself as I had to wait 5 days or more after it has arrived at the EL depot. This is totally not acceptable. I pay for a quick service delivery but I wait longer then what I would have through the normal postal service!! Go on the FB page for EL and see how people are complaining this side about our depot here. Im loosing business because of this incompetence!!!!!
