Worst service from courierguy latelly.

I would like to follow up on the following booking please.

Was booked yesterday afternoon. Was a failed attempt yesterday, but according to the system, it still wasnt collected.

Followed up with the company where parcell should be collected. No attempts to collect since yesterday.

Whats the problem there?

I need this parcell urgently since there is a client waiting for her shoes.

This is becoming the norm latelly.

Pudo parcel LOCK***6 should have been deposited yesterday for me to collect. Still no pin, still no parcell. Arangements was made for it to be delivered at my residential adress today. Still nothing.

The company my mom works for there was an attempt to collect documents half past 5 in the evenings and the list goes on.
