Worst service from courier guy my parcel supposed to be in nigel gauteng,now its in a locker in Capetown

I ordered a parcel from Vanderbijlpark gauteng i got an whatsapp on Wednesday 30 july 2025 that my shipment is on the way . Ont thursday i got a whatsapp that said its out for delivery. It didnt get delivered. Today on monday i got a whatsapp again that said its out for delivery. And then i got a whatsapp that my parcel is in Cape town in a locker?

My delivery adress is nigel Gauteng!

Now they say they are sorry its a misread of adress!.

Last month i also waited like 3-4 days!

Im sorry im not happy. What if my parcel comes back damaged not in good condition? They are not going to give me back my money,and the place i bought it from shure wil not coz its not their mistake,its the courier guys mistake. Unacceptable. How do you make a mistake like that!!!! I needed it by friday. It should have been here by friday. Vanderbijlpark is 1hour 20mins drive to nigel.!

Very unhappy . I will make shure they dont send my parcel with courier guy anymore!!!!
