Worst service ever repeatedly!!!

I have had the absolute worst service from courier guy for the last couple of week. First their pudo lockers screen is broken 24/7 and when you quary it, courier guy is reluctant to help. Their customer service agents on whatsapp are rude or dont give you any help with your quary. This is continues behavior.
