Worst service ever!!! Definitely never using your services ever in my entire life

I ordered their overnight service on Wednesday (14.06.2023) at 10:50 am. Got a response at 13:40 requesting my student number (this is needed in order to collect my study material from campus). Responded to the email on the same day at 13:46 with the required info. I then asked them to please try to deliver it before Monday (19.06.2023) as i will need the material for class on the day. I received confirmation that my docs will be picked up the ff day (15.06.2023) and will be made a priority to receive them. I write this review today (19.06.2023 at 12:46) with no study material, even though i have received an email this morning stating that i will get my parcel before 12:00. Tried calling their call centre and the gentleman i was talking to literally hung up on me. I'm so disappointed with the service I've received. Thanks to you i have missed my first day of class today.
