Worst service ever

Worse experience ever, I ordered a sneaker from Batu two weeks ago, the courier guy was supposed to deliver my parcel two weeks back yet they sent Mthatha depot instead of Queenstown. I picked up on the error and called them they promised to rectify it.. only to return my parcel to PE ... I called again and they said it will be sent to Queenstown... Yet again they sent it to Mthatha... I called again they are sending it back to PE.. I am so frustrated
