Worst service ever

The worst service I have received from any courier in the last 5 years. I took a days leave to ensure I was home to receive a very urgent parcel. At 3 pm I look out the window only to see the courier truck leaving my driveway. They made no effort at all to alert me. My car is parked right in front of my door.

The next morning i contact their support to report them. The support email comes back midday on friday to inform me that they would only attempt to deliver again on Monday.
