Worst Service ever

I booked a collection on the 29th and was logged in on the 30th . Its the 8th July 2020 today and no one seems to assist me. I keep on calling to trace it and I am placed on hold or they say they will call me back. I am still waiting to be assisted till today but yet their delivery estimation that its 1-3 days .
