Worst service ever and they do not value their customers

Failed to deliver my Amazon order today, on email they say insufficient delivery info but when i call them, after they hung up twice, they say its a high risk area and the do not have secirity today. They could have informed me earlier and I would have made other means. Now I'm losing clients because of them.
