Worst service ever and lying personnel at Courier Guy

Worst service ever, emailed about a pickup on Monday 27th of November. i was told via telephone conversation from Ivar at the Worcester branch. He stated that it would be picked up on Tuesday and should have it by Wednesday. instead after numerous emails and telephone conversations and even visiting the branch. the package was only picked up on Thursday. yet when I phoned on Thursday they stated on Friday. when phoning on Friday I was told only Monday. In the end I received the package on Tuesday. i also need to pay a R400 per day fine for a late return on the package at another company. My initial arrangement was for me to return it on Wednesday. This is unacceptable from Courier Guy and its personnel lying about picking up my package and delivery date!! I will never use or recommend Courier Guy again.
