Worst service ever

KURUMAN GOURIER GUY. I have received a message that my parcel is at the kiosk. Went to fetch it then now the parcel is not here. No one is willing to assist me in getting my parcel. They just say I must pay and come back tomorrow to get the parcel. The reception is not willing to help. And while I sit here to get this sorted no manager comes to help same thing happens to another client. This is the worst service ever. I still do not have my parcel after 45min no help what so ever.
