Worst service ever

Last night a gentleman from this company called very late to deliver my parcel, told him we close at 4:30 & that he should try to get here before 4:30 today. Today, seeing that it's almost 3:30 & my parcel is not here, I called the East London branch and they told me that today the parcel was not sent out for delivery. I told them I need to take the parcel home because it is a gift and the birthday is tomorrow. They told me there is nothing they can do because all the drivers are out. I even offered to wait until 5 but they were not willing to help. They took my number and it's over an hour now nobody has called me to tell me whether they are coming or not. I am sitting here outside like a fool waiting for them. I don't even understand why the delivery was not sent out today
