worst service ever

i had my ups and downs with the courier guy jhb.this is not the first time that they break my clients things.3 months back they broke 4 items in one month and this month they broke 2 things again.every time u call them they say it was wrongly packiged.if u tell them you took insurance out on the things they say there is no insurance taking out.courier guy is the worst.if u talk to the lady in damaged good she drops the phone in your ear. i am fed up with the courier guy if there drivers cant handle a fradgile packige with stickers on then they can close there door.every day u here we are checking the camra footage but yet nothing is happening because of courier guy i get a bad name at my clients.this is not the first time
