Worst service ever

I created an account to send a parcel that needs to get to my son at his school, different province.

Did all the DOs and got a Locker pin. The nightmare happened at the locker. The locker confirmed its open I deposit my parcel, yet the locker was still locked , not open. It kept asking me to deposit my parcel and close the locker thereafter, meanwhile its not opening. Went back the following day as I thought maybe am failing to use the locker, I found people also failing to collect their parcel due to the locker that denied them access to their parcel.

My pin is eventually going to expire, and according to their T&Cs they are not refunding once the pin expire.

My worries just increased, I don't know whether to keep trying or if the recipient will also struggle to collect their parcel due to lockers which not opening
