Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. I was expecting a parcel a few days ago but did not receive it. I called them 6 times but no one could assist. First they said the delivery guy was hijacked. Then they said the parcel was delivered. They said that the driver calls the receiver before they deliver but I did not get a phone call. They promised to send me and the sender POD but they didn't. The 4th time I called, the guy shouted at me because he failed to answer my questions. Each time I called, I was put on hold by different people.
