Worst service ever

We ordered parts from a supplier in Koster. He contacted The Courier Guy to collect the parcel and deliver it to Pietermaritzburg. Now it seems nobody know anything about my parcel. The waybill number I was given - according to them does not exist. I have left numerous messages and nobody phones you back. I have the signed waybill from Courier Guy.
