Worst service ever

I am so disappointed, had a special gift made and shipped overnight. Tomorrow is a week and no delivery yet. I phoned twice today to Cape Town hub where parcel was last checked in. I held the fist time for 21 minutes and the second time 26 minutes. Guy phoned me back and promised that parcel will be delivered this afternoon. Well nothing happened. Tracking still shows Cape Town hub and no delivery was done. I would not recommend them or make use of them again. Worst service ever
