Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. I was at the Vryheid branch at 08:00 in the morning to ardange a pickup from Gauteng. I confirmed with them that tge vehicle is coming on Saturday. That package ended up in Vryburg. I understand that Vryheid and Vryburg is similar, but WHY do they ask for a area code. Then I found out that this is a regular issue at the Vryheid branch. Are they so *********** that to this day they can not figure out that there is a diference between Vryheid and Vryburg. WAKE UP COURIER GUY!!! Worst part is, I arranged the pick up on Vryday morning, and I used the Over Night service. I received the package on Wednesday and they still wanted to charge me over night fee. What a joke.
