Worst service ever!

Worst service ever received! The parcel was send via ONX, when I have phoned the Cape Town depot they said the parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered 11:00. When the parcel did not arrive at 13:00 I tried several time to get hold of the Cape Town depot, with no luck. Eventually spoke to a very ride lady and said she will get back to me ... Still waiting. After several failed attempts I got hold of a lady named Julia that helped me and according to her the driver said he will deliver at 15:00 the latest. It is 16:00 and still no Parcel after several calls got hold again of the Depot and they cant get hold of the driver.

I never have experienced such bad service!!
