Worst service ever!!!

The worst service ever. I bought an item at Makro last week and got an sms on Monday notifying me that my parcel od with this useless courier service and was ETA for delivery was to be the 1st of Aug. Today is the 3rd and I still dont have my parcel, I called them this morning and was told the driver will deliver at 4pm but they not sure as they dont have access to the drivers, i mean what nonsense is this. Makro should consider using a reputable company rather than this useless one. They dont even care.
