Worst service ever!!!

Placed Collection on Friday online, phoned Saturday to ask if I can collect stock in Klerksdorp branch, which was told it wasnt pick up. Nicolene first told me she will find out I must hold on the line (after 2-3 minutes line was dropped) I phoned again, and she could even remember she spoked to me, then Laurike phoned me afterwards to Make an excuse end promise me that if it isnt picked up Monday morning 1st thing, then she will go pick it up herself by our supplier. Monday went by ( nothing was done) Tuseday morning I phoned again, Nicolene could not even remember me AGAIN. I repeated the whole story, she told me that if I do not hear from her in 10 minutes, I can speak to her manager Janko ( which she gave me his office number thats also in the same building) which is on leave. I afterwards spoje to Gert and explained again my story. I was told and emailed that our account was on hold by the supplier and they could not release stock to the couriers. After spoke to supplier ( they told us no one of The Courier guy was there to pick up the stock) I spoke again to Gert upsetting and told him that suppliers said no one was there, he spoke to the driver, and said that the driver is going to supplier to get the name ( convinced he was there) just to realize he never was, our company and another was mixed up since Friday. After phoned so many times, no one realized it.

Does The Gourier Guy not know their system or what?

I told Gert I want same day Delivery since they messed up, and still nothing the following they. ( Never received it on sameday)
