Worst Service Ever

On 2018-01-31 at 06:30:15 my Parcel was removed from manifest/trip sheet. After several calls to the Courier guy they promised that my parcel would be delivered on Friday 02nd February 2018. On Saturday a lady called to say that my parcel was delivered. This morning I drove into town again to collect the parcel. Still nothing. An unknown parcel with a delivery note belonging to someone else was attached to it. All delivery details were scratched out and my address written in the corner. I contacted the client name displayed and informed the lady. I forwarded the **** delivery note, and guess what? The real parcel was already delivered at the destination. So they left me with someone else's parcel and a **** delivery note. I have send emails but no one is responding to it. 2018-01-24 07:34:51 Parcel Dispatched , and still nothing to show.
