Worst service ever!!!!

The service i received from the company is utterly shocking, they make promises to pick up parcels and dont show up. Then they make excuses that i was not available however did not give me a call. They go on to add on their system that the package was not ready when i constantly called them to fetch my package, something i should bot even do. Now my package will not reach its destination on time due to their insolence. Their operations manager said he would sort it out but never even called me back. Worst service iv ever received. I would never recommend them to anyone
