Worst service ever

I'm absolutely disgusted with grabouw branch of courier guy. A parcel has been deposited on Monday which has only been taken from the Pudo box today...it's 6 days later. Every day I get excuses of a door problem, yet no resolving of the problem. The last 2 day all ny calls, emails and whatsapps get ignored. The only message I get on day 5 is that confirmation from Technicians state that the held up is that the depositor forced the parcel in the box. U fortunately for them, I received a call from the technician this morning (day 6) to inform me flat he got the parcel out and reporting the the door lock is broken and that he is replacing it. I asked about forcing of the parcel in the box and was told that that's not the case but only a dysfunctional door lock. He apologized that it took so long as the were in other towns all week. I have never received such bad service and lies from a branch ever. Even head office refuses to reply on my emails. I have even directed a letter to Craig Pitchers, CEO. No reply or acknowledgement at all.
