Worst service delivery

Its either the drivers are not getting proper instructions or they are doing what they want. Just putting parcels in lockers that it wasnt book for and not delivering to the door the day its supposed be delivered. Its frustrating because you dont get anything when you file a complaint. We run small business and work with courier almost every week and this is the **** we have to deal with so over the pathetic service.

I really wish someone can open another courier company that can offer better service.
