Worst service COURIER GUY PORT EDWARD not the first time either!

A parcel was collected in JHB on Thursday 12th August 2021 and the sender paid for overnight delivery to PORT EDWARD. Today is Tuesday 17th August 2021 and still NO PARCEL. I phoned PORT EDWARD branch to be told by KAYLA that the parcel was received by the depot on Saturday and due for delivery on MONDAY - but they couldnt deliver it yesterdday MONDAY because it was too late? SO TODAY TUESDAY - I offer to go and collect the parcel from the depot and was told - no you cant because the parcel is with our driver but he is in PORT SHEPSTONE now? This is about the 5th time I have had to phone and chase my parcels.... I have been in to collect my parcels on at least 2 other occassions. Really? This is disgusting service and the apology is given it is with a BUT - shame what bad luck. Yeah right - the franchise owner should have her license taken away!
