Worst Service Courier Guy

Absolutely ********** service. Sent a valuable parcel via the Nelspruit Branch. It was meant to be delivered 11am. We have been taken from pillar to post between Jerry and the manager and the Courier Guy head office, we spoke to McKayla. Who also takes us back to the Nelspruit branch. We were at the branch, checked the camera and we see everything with the parcel being handled at the branch. The staff are extremely unbothered and rude. They were also unable to track the parcel. And it is for a valuable parcel. Do not use Courier Guy even if there are no Couriers left. They do not assist, you have call yourself and go to the branch.
