Worst Service and lack of communication

Worst service ever. Two days in a row, my parcel shows “out for delivery”, I cancel my plans and no delivery took place. On the comments, it then states that “Receiver was not at delivery address”, which is a lie. Today again, I call the call centre and I was told delivery would be between 11am and 12pm, cancelled my plans again and still no delivery. Now my calls are not being picked up. Never using this company again
