Worst Service and Assistance ever !!!!

I sent on 11 November parcels to some of the farmer ladies and workers in the drought areas .... this was specifically made up for these ladies so I could not send them with the special trucks. However being sent on 11th we were told the parcells might be delivered on 14th but latest 19th whick was ok with us cause Kamieskroon is not on their normal route and we had to pay over R350 extra because of this but still this wasn't a problem. It is now 20th Nov and after 10 and the parcells still isn't delivered. When following up they tell you it is on route and will be delivered that day however none of these are true. Apparently a 3rd party must deliver but I gave the parcells to Courier guy. The recipient of these parcells was suppose to leave this morning @ 4 for holiday but cancelled those plans cause they have to wait for this. I am soooo unhappy and no one bothers to make a plan or assist with enthusiasm like we all do when taking pride in your work. I won't EVER trust this company again or make use of them. I wanted to go with another company but thought I'll try out Courier guy and that's a 0 score from me !!
